These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of https://dumptruckcapital.com and related pages, tools, and forms (the “Site”).

Who we are (and who we are not)
Dump Truck Capital / Landscaping Equipment Financing is an equipment financing broker.
We are not:
- A bank
- A direct lender
- A credit decision-maker for any lender
- An approved funding partner of any named lender (as of this draft, no lender partnerships are established)
We help commercial businesses explore financing options for dump trucks and related equipment. Lenders make their own credit decisions.
Commercial / business purpose only
The Site is for commercial and business-purpose financing inquiries only.
It is not for consumer, personal, family, or household loans or credit.
You agree not to use the Site to seek personal or household financing.
No offers, no promises, no guarantees
Nothing on the Site is:
- An offer of credit
- A commitment to lend or arrange funding
- A guarantee of approval, rate, payment, term, down payment, or timeline
- A quote from a lender
Payment calculators, loads calculators, and similar tools give estimates only. You may enter your own assumptions (including rate). We do not set lender rates. Your real payment, terms, and options may be higher, lower, or unavailable.
Any “deal size” or similar badge on the Site describes the kinds of commercial requests we may try to help with. It is not a promise that funding of that size is available to you.
Inquiry / apply form
When the apply form is enabled, submitting it is a nonbinding commercial inquiry, not a loan application with a lender and not a credit approval.
You agree that:
- Information you submit is accurate to the best of your knowledge
- The request is for business / commercial use
- You have read the consent text shown on the form (version
dtc-consent-v1.0or later) - We may email you about the request and may share your information with lenders to help find options, if you agreed to that on the form
- You can opt out of emails anytime as described in the Privacy Policy
We may refuse, pause, or turn off the form at any time. While the form is off, do not attempt to force submissions.
Broker fees
If a financing transaction closes, we may be paid by the lender (and/or another party to the transaction) in the form of a commission, fee, or similar compensation.
Separately, a broker fee of up to two points (2% of the amount financed) may be charged to the borrower. Any such borrower fee is disclosed in writing before closing. It may be charged in addition to compensation we receive from lenders.
Nothing about fees changes the soft-broker facts on this Site: no guaranteed rates, approvals, or funding.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Site for unlawful purposes
- Submit false, misleading, or stolen information
- Attempt to break, scrape at abusive volume, overload, or reverse-engineer the Site
- Upload malware or harmful code
- Harvest contact data from the Site for spam
- Impersonate another person or business
We may block access or discard submissions that appear abusive or fraudulent.
Intellectual property
Site content, branding, layout, and logos are owned by us or our licensors. You may view and print pages for your own business evaluation. You may not copy the Site for a competing service, republish substantial content without permission, or misuse our marks.
Some photos are used under Creative Commons or similar licenses; see the Site’s photo-credits page for attribution.
Third-party sites and tools
Links to dealers, manufacturers, maps, or other sites are for convenience. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, products, or policies.
Disclaimer of warranties
THE SITE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.”
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT ALLOWED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components, or that any financing option will be available to you.
Limitation of liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT ALLOWED BY LAW, LANDSCAPING EQUIPMENT FINANCING, DUMP TRUCK CAPITAL, AND THEIR OWNERS, AGENTS, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR RELIANCE ON ANY ESTIMATE, CONTENT, OR COMMUNICATION.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US $100) OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US (IF ANY) TO USE THE SITE IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
Some places do not allow certain limits. In those places, our liability is limited to the maximum allowed by law.
Indemnity
You agree to defend and hold harmless Landscaping Equipment Financing, Dump Truck Capital, and our owners and agents from claims, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your misuse of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your submission of unlawful or inaccurate information — except to the extent caused by our willful misconduct.
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use personal information. It is part of how we operate the Site. Read it at /privacy when published (draft available for owner review separately).
Governing law and venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
You agree that the state or federal courts located in Montgomery County, Pennsylvania, are the proper venue for disputes that cannot be resolved informally, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
Changes
We may update these Terms by posting a new version on the Site and changing the date above. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms, except where the law requires a different process.

Dump Truck Capital is a financing broker, not a lender. We help you shop your deal to lenders. Lenders decide terms. All financing subject to lender approval.
