1. We are a broker, not a lender
Dump Truck Capital is a brand of Landscaping Equipment Financing, an equipment financing brokerage.
We are not a bank, credit union, or direct lender.
We do not make loans from our own funds on this Site.

2. No approved lenders yet / no partnership claims
As of this draft, no lender partnerships are established for this brokerage.
We do not claim:
- An approved lender list
- A “network of X lenders” with a verified count
- That any specific bank or finance company has authorized us
- That funding is ready or reserved for you
If we later add verified lender relationships, we will update Site copy only after those relationships are confirmed in writing and cleared for public claims.
3. Every deal is subject to lender approval
Any financing option depends on a lender’s own underwriting and approval.
Lenders decide:
- Whether to offer credit
- Rates, fees, and terms
- Down payment, collateral, and conditions
- Timing
We cannot approve credit. We cannot force a lender to fund. A conversation with us is not an approval.
4. How we may be paid
If a financing transaction closes, we may be paid by the lender (and/or, in some cases, by another party to the transaction) in the form of a commission, fee, or similar compensation.
That compensation may vary by lender, product, and deal size.
A broker fee of up to two points (2% of the amount financed) may also be charged to the borrower. Any borrower broker fee is disclosed in writing before closing, and it may be charged in addition to compensation we receive from lenders.
We do not let compensation promises change the soft-broker facts on this Site (no fake rates, no fake approvals).
5. No guaranteed rates, payments, or approvals
Nothing on this Site guarantees:
- Approval
- A rate or APR
- A monthly payment
- Zero down
- Fast funding
- Soft-pull-only credit checks
- A maximum funding amount for your business
Calculators and load / ROI tools are estimates only. They are not offers and not lender quotes. You may enter your own rate assumptions. Real results can differ.
6. Commercial purpose only
Our services and this Site are for business / commercial-purpose equipment financing.
They are not for personal, family, or household use.
By submitting an inquiry (when the form is on), you confirm the business-purpose attestation shown on the form.
7. What an inquiry is (and is not)
An inquiry or “apply” submission on this Site is a request for help shopping commercial options.
It is not:
- A completed loan application with a lender
- A credit decision
- A promise that we or any lender will contact every applicant
- Consumer credit counseling
We collect minimum contact and equipment fields only. We do not collect Social Security numbers, ID images, or financial statements through the public form.
8. Sharing with lenders and service providers
If you consent, we may share your inquiry with lenders or funding sources to help find options, and we may email you about the request.
You can opt out of emails anytime (see the Privacy Policy).
We also use service providers such as website hosting, email delivery, and our CRM (Greeniron) to process inquiries when those systems are connected and allowed to run.
Turning on live lead delivery still depends on finished legal pages, consent checks, and internal compliance review.
9. Equipment and dealer content
Pages about truck types, brands, or models are for education and research.
We are not the manufacturer or the selling dealer unless we clearly say otherwise.
Listed equipment examples are not our inventory for sale.
Photos may be illustrative. Check the photo-credits page for licenses and sources.
10. Phone contact
The borrower phone number shown on the Site — (215) 398-6407 — is for inbound calls from business owners and applicants.
We do not use the Site to auto-dial you or to enroll you in marketing text messages.
11. Governing law
These disclosures and your use of the Site are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, as further described in the Terms of Use. Venue for disputes is described in the Terms of Use (courts in Montgomery County, Pennsylvania).
