Dump Truck Capital is a commercial equipment financing broker brand operated by Landscaping Equipment Financing.
We are not a bank or a direct lender. We help businesses look for financing options for commercial dump trucks and related outdoor-work equipment.

What this policy covers
This policy explains what information we collect on DumpTruckCapital.com, how we use it, who we share it with, and how you can opt out or ask us to delete it.
It applies to the website and to information you send through our inquiry / apply form when that form is turned on.
Commercial use only
Our site and form are for business and commercial purposes only.
They are not for consumer, personal, family, or household loans or financing.
When you submit an inquiry, you confirm (in the exact words shown on the form):
I confirm this request is for a business purpose, not personal, family, or household use.
What we collect
Information you give us on the apply / inquiry form
When the form is enabled, we ask for a minimum set of fields so we can follow up and, if you agree, share your inquiry with lenders. Today those fields are:
- Equipment type, optional model, condition (new / used / not sure), and estimated price
- Business name, state (2-letter code), time in business, and a self-selected credit tier
- Your full name, email address, and phone number
- Optional financing term you modeled in the calculator
- Page path and a one-time form key (for technical tracking of the submission)
- Your consent choices, the exact consent text shown to you, the consent version (
dtc-consent-v1.0), and the time you consented
We do not ask for Social Security numbers, government ID numbers or images, bank statements, tax returns, full street addresses on the public form, dates of birth, or account/routing numbers on this form.
Do not put those items in free-text notes. If someone pastes them anyway, we try to redact patterns that look like SSNs or account numbers before storage, but the safest approach is not to send them through this form.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, our hosting and related tools may collect basic technical data such as:
- IP address
- Browser type and device type
- Pages visited and approximate times
- Referring site
We use this to run and secure the site, not to sell personal profiles.
Cookies, analytics, and similar tools
As of this draft, DumpTruckCapital.com does not use third-party analytics or advertising tracking scripts (for example, Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, Hotjar, or similar). Google Search Console ownership verification, when used, is a site-ownership check only and is not a visitor tracking script.
The Site may load ordinary hosting, security, and font services needed to run the pages (for example, the host/CDN and web fonts). Those are not visitor analytics products we configure for marketing measurement.
We may add analytics tools later (for example Google Analytics). If we do, we will update this Privacy Policy to name the tools then in use.
This is a U.S.-only commercial Site. We do not show a cookie consent banner. You can control or clear cookies through your browser settings. Honoring browser privacy signals is described below under Do Not Track / Global Privacy Control.
How we use your information
We use the information you provide to:
- Respond to your inquiry by email and by phone about this request only. We do not text you, use robo-dialing, or make sales calls
- Understand what equipment and financing structure you are exploring
- Share your inquiry with lenders or funding sources when you have agreed to that sharing, so they can tell us whether they may be able to help
- Keep records of your consent text, version, and time
- Improve the site and fix problems
- Meet legal or compliance duties
We do not sell your personal information.
How we share information
We share information only as needed to run the brokerage and respond to your request:
- Lenders and funding sources — If you check the email/sharing consent, we may share your inquiry details with lenders or funding sources to help find financing options. We do not promise that any lender will review, approve, or fund your request.
- Service providers — We use vendors that help us host the site, store data, send email, and run our CRM (including the Greeniron lead system when it is connected and turned on). They may process data only to provide their service to us.
- Legal requirements — We may disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect rights, safety, or property.
- Business transfer — If the brokerage is sold or reorganized, inquiry records may transfer with it under similar privacy expectations.
We do not use a public “email-to-lead” inbox as the way borrower applications enter our system. Submissions are meant to go through our controlled server path.

Both checkboxes are required before a submission is accepted. We store the exact text, the version id dtc-consent-v1.0, and a timestamp with the lead.
Email contact and opt-out (CAN-SPAM style)
If you agree, we may email you about this financing request.
You can opt out of emails anytime.
To opt out, reply “stop” or “unsubscribe” to our email, or write to info@landscapingequipmentfinancing.com with the email address you want removed and the words “email opt-out.”
We will stop marketing / follow-up emails to that address. We may still send a short non-marketing message if needed to confirm the opt-out or to meet a legal duty.
Every commercial email we send should include our business name, mailing address, and a working way to opt out.
Access, correction, and deletion
You may ask us to:
- Tell you what inquiry information we hold about you
- Correct information that is wrong
- Delete your inquiry record, subject to legal retention needs
Email info@landscapingequipmentfinancing.com with the subject “Privacy request,” your name, the email used on the form, and what you want us to do.
We may need to verify that the request comes from the right person. Some records may be kept longer if the law requires it (for example, consent logs or fraud-prevention records).
Retention
We keep applicant / inquiry information for 3 months, unless a law requires us to keep it longer (for example, certain consent, tax, accounting, or dispute records).
Within that period we use the data to:
- Follow up on your request
- Work with lenders when you consented to sharing
- Keep proof of consent
- Meet legal, tax, accounting, or dispute needs
When we no longer need the data for those purposes, and the 3-month period (or any longer legally required period) has ended, we delete or de-identify it in the normal course of business.
Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate for a small brokerage website (access controls, server-side handling of submissions, and keeping secrets out of the public website code).
No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. Please do not send Social Security numbers, full bank details, or identity documents through the public form.
Children’s privacy
This site is for business owners and commercial operators. It is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Do Not Track / Global Privacy Control / state privacy rights
Where possible, we honor browser Do Not Track (DNT) and Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals.
This is a U.S.-only commercial Site. We do not display a cookie consent banner. You can manage or clear cookies through your browser’s settings.
If you are a resident of a state with specific privacy rights (for example California), you may have additional rights to know, delete, or opt out of certain sharing. Email info@landscapingequipmentfinancing.com with “State privacy request” in the subject. We will respond as the law requires for a brokerage of our size and activity.
We do not sell personal information as that term is commonly used in state privacy laws. Sharing with lenders to shop a commercial financing request is done only with your consent as described above.

Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy. We will change the date at the top when we do. For material changes that affect how we use information you already gave us, we will take reasonable steps to notice you (for example by a site notice or email if we have your address).
